NBRC offers a wide range of individual addiction therapy options available to its clients. Individual counseling is defined as a therapeutic session with a therapist based on the needs of the client. All of our staff therapists have extensive backgrounds in addiction therapy. NBRC employs both male and female therapists and we can schedule sessions that can fit anyone’s schedule. Individual Counseling can be a tremendous complement to our

The Benefits of Addiction and Mental Health Therapy
In order for individuals to become free of addiction and learn how to take on daily life stressors while struggling with mental illness, individual therapy is necessary while receiving addiction treatment. With individual therapy, you have more privacy in comparison to group therapy. You don’t have to share your history with a group, but rather one counselor that you can get to know. This leads to building a relationship with the counselor and the counselor will then be able to dig deeper into the underlying causes of your addiction. By understanding these underlying causes, the counselor will be able to educate you on how to deal with addiction triggers. Whether you need behavioral health education or just need to learn how to prevent relapse, we can offer this with individual therapy.
