Dennis J. Hansen
CEO / EXECUTIVE DIRECTORDennis’ victory over addiction and his compassion for those affected by addiction allow him to integrate his personal experience into the New Beginnings Recovery Center's treatment programs. He considers it a privilege to serve those in need. His business savvy mindset coupled with this passion is setting the standard for the way substance abuse treatment will be offered in the future. He believes that the outpatient treatment model and offering a full continuum of care including substance abuse, mental health and psychiatric care, is the most effective way to treat and maintain long term sobriety and mental health. Dennis has lived in Palm Beach County for the last 25 years, has been married for 28 years and has 2 children that attend the University of Florida. He is an active participant in faith-based recovery ministries. A Christian value system influences his relationship with his patients and how he conducts his everyday business. For relaxation Dennis is a musician that plays the drums.

Michael P. Hansen, MBA
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)Michael is the Chief Financial Officer at NBRC. He earned his MBA in International Business at Florida Atlantic University in 2012. His background is comprised of a wide variety of experience in financial analysis/reporting, full accounting cycling, as well as managing and implementing employee benefits. Michael’s professional background consists of retail, construction industry, and real estate management. The recovery and substance abuse industry, all very new to Michael, is a field that he says is “dynamic and humbling, but most of all inspiring when you have a team of nurses, doctors, and therapists as knowledgeable and compassionate as we do here at NBRC.” Michael is married with two children and lives in Palm Beach Gardens. For leisure, Michael enjoys being with his family, and golfing and fishing as much as possible.

Stephen Pacetti, MD
MEDICAL DIRECTORDr. Pacetti has been an integral part of New Beginnings Recovery Center since we opened in 2006. He graduated from the Universidad Central de Este medical school in 1982 and did his internship and residency from 1983-1986 at UMDNJ and NJ Medical School. He has been affiliated with the Children's Hospital of NJ, as well as the NJ University Hospital. From 1986-1987 he fellowshipped with the neonatal ICU, and then the following year at St. Joseph's Children Hospital in NJ. He started his private practice in Pennsylvania from 1988-1990, and when he moved to Florida, from 1990 to the present. Dr. Pacetti resides in Palm Beach Gardens and has two children.

Frank Galimidi, BS, CASAC, CAP, CRADC, ICADC, SAP
Chief Clinical Officer (CCO)Frank is a Florida Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), New York State Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), Illinois Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselor (CRADC), an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), and has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Frank is also a US Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). Having worked in the chemical dependency field for the past 10 years as a Counselor, Clinical Supervisor and Administrator, Frank began his career in 2003 as a Counselor at the Phoenix House Career Academy in Brooklyn, New York where he developed expertise utilizing Motivational Enhancement Therapy to engage a treatment resistant population. Between 2004 and 2009 Frank served as Counselor, Senior Counselor, and Assistant Clinical Director at Bridge Back to Life Center Inc. in Brooklyn. Between 2009 and 2011 Frank served as a Chemical Dependency Counselor, Quality Assurance Coordinator and most recently, Assistant Clinical Director at Treatment Alternatives in Boca Raton, Florida. It is Frank’s ability to develop and build a solid program that has helped NBRC achieve its success in delivering consistent, high caliber treatment services in our communities.

Jennifer Reynoso, MBA
Chief Operating Officer (COO)Jennifer earned her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Her professional background is in management in the medical field, construction industry and substance abuse fields. Her teamwork approach to guiding the staff to an efficient and smooth running operation is her focus. Jennifer’s cohesive and solid organizational skills have made her a true asset to NBRC. She is married with one son, two step children and two dogs. She loves to spend time with her family, go to the beach and travel.
Courtney Metrick
BILLING DIRECTORCourtney played a key role in the start up of our billing department here at New Beginnings Recovery Center as a Lead Insurance Verification Specialist. Now a vital member of our team as Billing Manager, Courtney keeps our offices running smoothly. She is a resident of Palm Beach Gardens coming from her hometown of Las Vegas. She has experience in the medical field as well as customer service and patient relations. Her enduring patience and organizational skills are a real asset to NBRC. Courtney enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family, husband, and four dogs.

Patricia Simpson, BS, MBA, HSM, MT
LABORATORY DIRECTORBorn in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Patty's family came to this country in 1963. She was the first woman in her family to graduate from University. She graduated from C.W.Post University, with a Medical Biology degree. After that she moved to Florida, and has extensive laboratory experience ranging from hospital laboratory work to reference laboratories. The bulk of Patty's experience is in forensic toxicology, managing a State of Florida drug free program and working as the responsible person for the federal SAMHSA drug free workplace program. Three years ago she graduated from Keiser University with an MBA in International Business and a Masters in Health Service Administration. Patty has 2 beautiful daughters.

Nancy Spitzer, LMFT, CAP
PHP PROGRAM DIRECTORNancy is the PHP Program Director at New Beginnings Recovery Center. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MT 2970) in the State of Florida along with being a Certified Addiction Professional. Nancy received her BS from the University of Florida and her Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. She has spent the past several years working in the addiction field specializing in understanding the fundamental core issues that face clients and how to incorporate a solution-focused approach. Nancy has extensive training working with duel-diagnosed clients and crisis management. She feels it is an honor to work as a therapist and to help others re-build their life. Nancy was born and raised in New Jersey, but moved down to Florida in 2004. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and two adopted dogs.
Eric Schneidau
ADMISSIONS DIRECTOREric joins our team as head of Admissions with a great deal of experience in the intake process. He has been in the field of substance abuse for 4 years now. He started out as an Alumni Coordinator and moved over to the Admissions side more recently. He understands the hardship of watching loved ones suffer with the disease of addiction, which gives him the advantage of perspective from the family side. From ages 16-24, Eric battled his own addiction to opiates, but got clean and sober in 2009. Since then, Eric utilizes his passion for this field by facilitating art therapy groups. In his free time, he likes to paint, make soap, fly drones, travel, camp, cycle, and spend time with his dog, Wyatt. Eric's incredible ambition and energy bring life to our team here at New Beginnings.
Christina Hansen
MARKETING DIRECTORChristina had previously worked in a different position at NBRC, but went back to school to get her bachelor’s degree and now works in our Marketing Department. She is a recent graduate from the University of Florida with a BS in Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurship. During college, she spent most of her time studying abroad in London, Bangkok and Amsterdam. On campus, she was a member of Phi Mu Sorority, The American Marketing Association and The Entrepreneurship Club. Christina’s travels have given her an international perspective that she hopes to bring into the Marketing Department here at NBRC. Teaming up with the current Marketing girls, together, they are organized, driven, and determined to expand this department to its fullest potential.
