Frank is a Florida Certified Addictions Professional (CAP), New York State Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), Illinois Certified Reciprocal Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Counselor (CRADC), an Internationally Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ICADC), and has a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Frank is also a US Department of Transportation Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). In the past 13 years, Frank has worked as a Counselor, Clinical Supervisor and Administrator in New York and now, South Florida. Frank’s work focuses on halting the maladaptive phenomenon of treatment center recidivism that has become commonplace in the treatment industry. Frank specializes in both Existential and Psychodynamic therapies, with particular interest in the utilization of Inner Child Therapy. It is Frank’s ability to develop and build a solid program that has helped NBRC achieve its success in delivering consistent, high caliber treatment services in our communities.
